基于动态博弈与鲸鱼优化模型的游泳比赛策略优化研究
游泳成绩的提高不仅取决于运动员的天赋和技术,而且与科学合理的速度分配和策略选择密切相关。近年来,随着体育科学的快速发展,游泳速度优化与战术决策的研究逐渐成为一个热点。现有的研究多集中在单距离项目速度分布模型的构建或基于历史数据的战术分析上,而在多距离自适应策略、运动员之间的动态博弈、接力赛协同优化等方面仍有欠缺。本文综合运用动态规划算法、纳什均衡、博弈论模型和改进的鲸鱼优化算法,系统分析了短距离(50米)、中距离(100米、200米)和接力赛中的速度分配规律和战术互动机制。结果表明,短跑是短距离比赛的最优策略,中长距离比赛应采取"两端快、中间匀速"的策略,而接力赛则需要考虑队友的前期表现和对手的动态调整。本研究为游泳训练提供科学的决策依据,有助于运动员在复杂的比赛环境中发挥最大潜能,实现突破。
he improvement of swimming performance not only depends on the talent and skill of athletes, but also closely related to scientific and reasonable speed distribution and strategy selection. In recent years, with the rapid development of sports science, the research on swimming speed optimization and tactical decision has gradually become a hot spot. Most of the existing studies focus on the construction of speed distribution models for single-distance events or tactical analysis based on historical data, but there are still gaps in the multi-distance adaptive strategies, dynamic games between athletes and collaborative optimization of relay races. By integrating dynamic programming algorithm, Nash equilibrium, game theory model and improved whale optimization algorithm, this paper systematically analyzes the speed distribution law and tactical interaction mechanism in short distance (50 m), medium distance (100 m, 200 m) and relay races. The results show that sprint is the optimal strategy for short distance races, and "fast at both ends and uniform speed in the middle" should be adopted for medium and long distance races, while the relay race needs to consider the early performance of teammates and the dynamic adjustment of opponents. This study provides scientific decision basis for swimming training, which is helpful for athletes to maximize their potential and achieve breakthroughs in complex competition situations.
