豆科植物共生组织中磷酸盐转运的研究进展
磷酸盐(Pi)是植物生长发育必需的关键营养元素,在豆科植物与微生物(根瘤菌和丛枝菌根真菌)互作过程中,磷酸盐跨界面的转运与代谢动态直接调控共生关系的建立和维系。当前研究聚焦于共生体系中磷酸盐转运蛋白的功能鉴定与转运途径解析。本研究通过归纳共生过程中磷酸盐转运的关键蛋白,阐述植物根系、根瘤及菌根组织内的磷酸盐跨膜运输机制,旨在为深入解析豆科植物-微生物复杂共生的调控逻辑,同时为豆科植物高效利用磷素资源提供理论支撑,这对促进农业可持续性发展、提升生态系统磷循环效率具有重要意义。
Phosphate (Pi) is a key nutrient element essential for plant growth and development, and the dynamics of phosphate transport and metabolism across interfaces in legume-microbe (Rhizobium and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi) interactions directly regulate the establishment and maintenance of symbiotic relationships. Current research focuses on the functional characterization of phosphate transport proteins in symbiotic systems and the analysis of transport pathways. In this study, we summarized the key proteins of phosphate transport in the symbiotic process, and elaborated the transmembrane phosphate transport mechanism in plant roots, rhizomes and mycorrhizal tissues, with the aim of analyzing the regulation logic of legume-microbe complex symbiosis, and at the same time, providing theoretical support for the efficient use of phosphorus resources by legumes, which has great significance for the promotion of sustainable development of agriculture and the enhancement of the efficiency of ecosystem phosphorus cycling. This is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of agriculture and enhance the efficiency of ecosystem phosphorus cycle.
