基于卡尔曼滤波估计的节点补偿TSN-星闪跨域时间同步方法
为满足工业智能化飞速发展对工业通信技术的高带宽、低时延与确定性传输的无线通信需求,提出了基于星闪技术的无线TSN。无线TSN中确定性传输的基础是时间同步,因此提出了一种基于节点补偿的跨域时间同步方法。在面向星闪域T节点域有线TSN域主时钟同步情形下,提出了两步同步过程,先通过G节点与TSN主时钟进行同步,T节点再与G节点同步。并通过卡尔曼滤波算法对T节点时钟进行频率与相位补偿。通过仿真实验证明了其有效性与优点:该方法相比于PTP协议中常规补偿方法,在相同同步周期下时钟同步精度提高59.13%,同步误差稳定性上升82.92%;在达到相同的同步精度下,节省37.75%的传输开销。
o address the wireless communication requirements of high bandwidth, low latency, and deterministic transmission driven by rapid industrial intelligentization, this paper proposes a wireless Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) system based on SparkLink technology. As deterministic transmission in wireless TSN fundamentally relies on time synchronization, a cross-domain time synchronization method incorporating node compensation is presented. For the synchronization scenario involving SparkLink-domain T-nodes and wired TSN-domain master clocks, a two-step synchronization process is developed: initial synchronization between G-nodes and the TSN master clock, followed by T-node synchronization with G-nodes. The Kalman filtering algorithm is employed to compensate for frequency and phase deviations in T-node clocks. Simulation experiments demonstrate the effectiveness and advantages of the proposed method. Compared with conventional compensation methods in the PTP protocol under identical synchronization cycles, this approach achieves 59.13% improvement in clock synchronization accuracy and 82.92% enhancement in synchronization error stability. Furthermore, it reduces transmission overhead by 37.75% while maintaining equivalent synchronization accuracy.
