对植物激素水杨酸的研究与探索

植物激素水杨酸(Salicylic acid,SA)是一种关键的信号分子,在植物免疫过程发挥重要作用。由于SA的积累会影响植物的正常生长发育,导致植物抗性降低,所以SA的生物合成和信号传导过程均受到严格调控。随着研究的不断深入,人们对SA信号通路的了解愈发深刻,先后发现了NPRs、TGAs等信号元件及其发挥的作用。本文将从SA生物合成途径、信号转导元件等方面介绍SA的研究进展,为深入研究SA提供参考依据。

Plant hormone Salicylic acid (SA) is a key signal molecule, which plays an important role in plant immune process. Since the accumulation of SA can affect the normal growth and development of plants and lead to the reduction of plant resistance, the biosynthesis and signaling processes of SA are strictly regulated. With the deepening of research, people have a deeper understanding of the SA signaling pathway, such as NPRs, TGAs and other signal components and their functions have been discovered. This review will introduce the research progress of SA from the aspects of SA biosynthesis pathways and signal transduction components, so as to provide a reference for further study of SA.
