绿色物流：物流企业履责新动力

With the changing global climate, people are placing extra emphasis on environmental protection, sustainable development, and low-carbon economies, making "green" an indispensable part of modern life. Green logistics, as a significant direction for the development of the logistics industry, not only promotes the construction of ecological civilization and alleviates the pressure of energy saving and emission reduction but also serves as an effective way for enterprises to balance economic interests with social benefits. This paper employs the grounded theory method for research, integrating JD Logistics\' efforts in green practice transformation, to explore the driving factors of green logistics practices in logistics enterprises and the pathways through which green logistics promotes the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility. The research indicates that the driving factors for logistics enterprises in green transformation include three dimensions: technology, organization, and environment. Green logistics encourages logistics enterprises to fulfill various social responsibilities, such as economic, legal, environmental, and philanthropic responsibilities, assisting enterprises in better transitioning to green logistics. The TOE theoretical framework model proposed in this paper reveals the process of logistics enterprises in green transformation, highlighting the important balancing role of green logistics in promoting green development and operations within enterprises, providing significant management insights for the green and low-carbon development of the logistics industry.
