教育护士核心能力与岗位管理模式探讨
临床护理教育专业化发展已成为必然趋势。教育护士作为临床护理教育体系的核心角色,需具备教学、临床实践、领导力及科研等多项核心能力。国际经验显示,成熟的教育护士培养体系需依托分层认证与持续教育机制。当前我国教育护士发展尚处探索阶段,存在角色定位模糊、专职岗位不足、认证体系缺失及激励机制不足等问题。未来发展应着重明确教育护士作为专业教育主体的职能定位,建立本土化分层认证体系,实现教育护士的选拔、培养、考核与晋升闭环管理,为护理高质量发展提供可持续人才支撑。
The professional development of clinical nursing education has become an inevitable trend. As the core role in the clinical nursing education system, nurse educators must possess multiple core competencies, including teaching, clinical practice, leadership, and research. International experience demonstrates that a mature training system for nurse educators relies on tiered certification and continuing education mechanisms. Currently, the development of nurse educators in China remains in the exploratory stage, facing challenges such as ambiguous role definitions, insufficient dedicated positions, and a lack of certification systems. Future efforts should focus on clarifying the functional positioning of nurse educators as professional education entities, establishing a localized tiered certification system, and implementing closed-loop management encompassing selection, training, assessment, and promotion. This will provide sustainable talent support for advancing high-quality nursing development.
