This research proposes an artificial consciousness system named "Immensity 3" which is capable of generating and operating human individual consciousness to a certain extent, based on the "Dynamic Core" hypothesis (TNGS) and the Global Neuronal Workspace Theory (GNWT). The research first explores the theoretical foundations related to consciousness uploading and artificial consciousness systems. Subsequently, it provides a description of the design and implementation of Immensity 3, including the functions and operational mechanisms of its various modules. Next, the research designs a set of comprehensive experimental scheme which is composed of both subjective(based on introspection) and objective(based on extrinsic behaviour measurement) methods, and accordingly evaluates the effectiveness of consciousness uploading based on Immensity 3. Assessment results show that Immensity 3 can generate and operate human individual consciousness to a certain extent. Finally, current limitations of the research and future development are discussed.
