基于Termux-Proot-Distro的轻量级移动端AI模型部署框架
针对移动端AI部署的资源限制与工具链割裂问题,本研究提出基于Termux与Proot-Distro的轻量化框架,通过在Android设备构建Ubuntu环境,实现PC Linux端AI模型部署环境无缝迁移至Android端。方案利用轻量级容器技术,支持按需部署依赖,平衡性能与资源消耗。实验表明,框架推理效率与类似的商业方案AidLux相当,且在设备兼容性、开发灵活性及成本上优势突出,为移动端AI部署提供开源轻量化的解决方案。
iming at the problems of resource limitations and fragmented toolchains in mobile AI deployment, this study proposes a lightweight framework based on Termux and Proot-Distro. By building a Ubuntu environment on Android devices, it enables the seamless migration of the AI model deployment environment from the PC Linux side to the Android side. The solution utilizes lightweight container technology to support on-demand deployment of dependencies, balancing performance and resource consumption. Experiments show that the inference efficiency of the framework is comparable to that of similar commercial solutions like AidLux, and it has significant advantages in device compatibility, development flexibility, and cost, providing an open-source and lightweight solution for mobile AI deployment.
