信息整合方式的改变:从社交媒体到AIGC
研究目的]生成式AI的出现给用户信息整合行为转变提供了新的平台,需要了解用户在不同平台间转移的原因,对推动新技术的使用或采纳有着重要意义,因此有必要研究用户信息整合转移的影响机制。[研究方法]本文利用PPM理论构建模型,采用结构方程模型(PLS-SEM)和自适应模糊神经推理系统(ANFIS)对因素进行检验、分析和重要性排序。[研究结论]研究表明,社交过载、隐私顾虑、网络疲劳,社会临场感、相对优势,自我效能、社会影响、个体创新性显著影响用户转移意愿。其中,隐私顾虑是影响用户转移意愿的最重要因素,传统社交媒体平台需要采取措施降低用户对于隐私的顾虑,才能更好挽留用户;生成式AI平台需要通过提高信息来源质量,提升用户体验,以此吸引其他用户的加入。
Research purpose] The emergence of generative AI provides a new platform for the transformation of user information integration behavior. It is necessary to understand the reasons for user mobility. Therefore, it is necessary to study the influence mechanism of user information integration transfer. [Research methods] A model was constructed using the PPM theory, and the Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) and the Adaptive fuzzy neural reasoning System (ANFIS) were adopted to test and analyze the factors. [Research conclusion] Social overload, privacy concerns, network fatigue, social presence, relative advantage, self-efficacy, social influence, and individual innovation significantly affect users\' willingness to transfer. Generative AI platforms need to improve the quality of information sources and enhance user experience in order to attract other users to join.
