新时代背景下理工科研究生"导学思政"体系的探索与实践

Building an ideological and political education system for college students is an important part of cultivating high-level talents with integrity and competence. It is also an important strategy for colleges to carry out the fundamental task of cultivating morality and respect for human dignity. Faced with the challenges of the ideological and political education of graduate students in science and engineering in the new era, the research team of biological interface materials in the School of Materials and Energy, Southwest University has explored and practised the model of "ideological and political education based on tutor-postgraduate relationship" by combining the characteristics of disciplines and specialties, in terms of the construction and capacity improvement of the tutor team and the construction of friendly tutor-postgraduate interaction, and so on. The model has promoted the unification of the goals of ideological and political education, the cultivation of professional knowledge and scientific research, and created a new situation of ideological and political education for the whole staff, an all-round and complete process in which ideological and political education based on tutor-postgraduate relationship is coordinated with those based on ideological courses and major courses.
