With the rapid development of information technology, smart construction site management technology has been widely applied in modern construction. This article takes the Quzhou living room project in Zhejiang Province as an example to explore the specific application of smart construction site management technology at different stages of the construction site, including underground and main construction, installation and decoration, outdoor supporting and other project management stages. By analyzing the application of modules such as quality and safety, personnel, materials, machinery, and environment, this article summarizes the important role of smart construction sites in improving construction efficiency, ensuring construction safety, and optimizing resource management, providing theoretical support and practical reference for the digital transformation of the construction industry.
