SrBi2B2O7的合成及光催化性能的研究
利用高温固相法合成了SrBi2B2O7,并通过粉末X射线衍射(PXRD)测试确认其为纯相。紫外可见漫反射(UV-vis)光谱测试结果表明,SrBi2B2O7为紫外光响应的半导体,其禁带宽度为3.6 eV。光催化分解水制氢测试结果表明,在紫外光照射下并以甲醇作为牺牲剂时,SrBi2B2O7光催化分解水产氢的速率为34 μmol/h/g。此外,样品在光催化反应后的衍射图没有明显的变化,这说明SrBi2B2O7具有较好的稳定性。
In this paper, SrBi2B2O7 was synthesized via a high-temperature solid-state reaction method and confirmed as phase-pure through powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD). The UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy measurements revealed that SrBi2B2O7 exhibits ultraviolet light-responsive semiconductor characteristics with a band gap of 3.6 eV. Under ultraviolet light irradiation with methanol as a sacrificial agent, SrBi2B2O7 exhibited hydrogen evolution rate of 34 μmol/h/g. Furthermore, no significant alterations were observed in the X-ray diffraction patterns of the Photocatalyst after the photocatalytic reaction, demonstrating the favorable structural stability of SrBi2B2O7.
