高强铝合金的腐蚀与防护研究进展

高强铝合金密度低(2.7~2.9 g?cm?3)、抗拉强度高(500-700 MPa)、塑性好(延伸率8%~15%),能够承受复杂载荷条件下的力学需求,成为航空航天、交通运输、电力通讯、国防军工等关键领域不可或缺的基础材料。但高强铝合金中铜、镁、锌等元素的添加在显著提高合金强度的同时会极大地降低其耐蚀性。高强铝合金的腐蚀不仅会削弱材料的力学性能,甚至可能诱发灾难性事故,造成巨大的经济损失和安全隐患。本文综述了高强铝合金常见的腐蚀类型以及常用的防护方法,并对其未来发展方向进行了展望。

High-strength aluminum alloy has low density (2.7~2.9 g?cm?3), high tensile strength (500~700 MPa) and good plasticity (8%-15% elongation), which can withstand the mechanical requirements under complex load conditions and become an indispensable basic material in key fields such as aerospace, transportation, electric power communication, national defense and military industry. However, the addition of copper, magnesium, zinc and other elements in high-strength aluminum alloy will significantly improve the strength of the alloy and greatly reduce its corrosion resistance. The corrosion of high-strength aluminum alloy will not only weaken the mechanical properties of the material, but may even induce catastrophic accidents, resulting in huge economic losses and potential safety hazards. In this paper, the common corrosion types and common protection methods of high-strength aluminum alloy are summarized, and its future development direction is prospected.
