Volatile organic compound (VOCs) emissions from oil and gas evaporation sources are a critical precursor to regional atmospheric ozone formation. To achieve refined management of VOCs emissions from volatile organic liquid storage tanks in Fujian Province, this study employs an optimized VOCs emission inventory algorithm, integrating hourly meteorological observation data, actual engineering parameters of storage tanks, material properties, material throughput, and source profiles of stored substances. This approach calculates a high spatiotemporal resolution VOCs emission inventory and species-specific emission inventory for FEmission Inventory of VOCs and Specific Species from Volatile Organic Liquid Storage Tanks in the Storage-Related Industries of Fujian Provinceujian\'s organic liquid storage tanks. The results indicate that Fujian Province has 1,886 storage tanks handling volatile organic materials, including 870 internal floating roof tanks, 950 fixed roof tanks, and 66 external floating roof tanks. The total annual VOCs emissions amount to 12,022.85 ±13.86 tons, with emission factors ranging from 2.96 to 5.35 tons per 10,000 tons of material throughput. Internal floating roof tanks contribute 64.4% of total emissions, and the oil and gas storage sector dominates emissions at 47.5%. The primary emitted species are alkanes (7,252.4 ±9.6 tons, 60.33%), oxygenated volatile organic compounds (OVOCs, 1,861.7 ±3.5 tons, 15.49%), and aromatic hydrocarbons (1,717.4 ±3.0 tons, 14.29%). Temporally, monthly emissions fluctuate between 667.34 and 1,345.99 tons relative to the annual mean.
