干旱胁迫下褪黑素与纳米氧化锌对棉花生长的生理影响
【目的】明确褪黑素(MT)与纳米氧化锌(n-ZnO)对干旱胁迫下棉花生长的影响,探究缓解干旱胁迫的方法,减少干旱胁迫对棉花生长发育的损伤,具有重要的实践价值和意义。【方法】本研究以"冀农大棉24号"棉花品种为试验材料,开展了室内的盆栽试验,在干旱胁迫下对棉花施用褪黑素-纳米氧化锌,对棉花的生理状况进行研究分析。【结果】在进行三次重复试验期间,MT与n-ZnO的联合施用对棉花在干旱胁迫下的缓解效果最佳隶属函数综合分析D值最高,为0.7390。【结论】综合来看,喷施MT与n-ZnO在干旱胁迫对棉花生长的抑制起到了积极的缓解作用,促进了棉花的生长发育。
Objective] To clarify the effects of melatonin (MT) and nano zinc oxide (n-ZnO) on the growth of cotton under drought stress, and to explore ways to alleviate drought stress and reduce the damage of drought stress on the growth and development of cotton, which is of great practical value and significance. [Methods] In this study, an indoor pot experiment was carried out with the cotton variety "JINONGDAI Cotton 24" as the test material, and melatonin and zinc oxide nanoparticles were applied to the cotton under drought stress to study and analyze the physiological condition of the cotton. Results] During the three replicated experiments, the combined application of MT and n-ZnO had the best mitigation effect on cotton under drought stress with the highest D value of 0.7390 in the comprehensive analysis of the affiliation function [Conclusion] From the comprehensive point of view, the spraying of MT and n-ZnO played a positive mitigating role in the suppression of cotton growth by drought stress, and promoted the growth and development of cotton.
