栅格元数据生成工具的设计与实现
国家规定在交付栅格类型的基础地理信息数字成果时必须同步提交对应的元数据文件,而目前尚缺乏自动化/半自动化生成元数据文件的商业软件。针对该问题,本文在对《GB/T 39608-2020基础地理信息数字成果元数据》进行系统梳理的基础上,将元数据项分为固定同值类、内源个性化类和外源个性化类三类;设计了支持固定同值类和内源个性化类的元数据模板文件格式,以及支持外源个性化类的图幅个性化文件格式;给出了栅格元数据生成工具的软件架构和处理流程,以及多个元数据值的计算方法。实验表明,基于上述设计开发的工具软件使用灵活简便,运行效率高,大幅度提高了元数据文件生成的效率和准确度。
he country stipulates that corresponding metadata files must be submitted synchronously when delivering raster digital products of fundamental geographic information, but currently there is a lack of commercial software for automatic/semi-automatic generation of metadata files. Based on a systematic review of the "GB/T 39608-2020 metadata for digital products of fundamental geographic information", this paper categorizes metadata items into three types: fixed value category, endogenous personalized category, and exogenous personalized category; Designed metadata template file format that supports fixed value classes and endogenous personalized classes, as well as sheet personalized data format that supports exogenous personalized classes; Designed the software architecture and processing flow of the raster metadata generation tool, as well as the calculation methods for multiple metadata values. The experiment shows that the tool developed based on the above design is flexible and easy to use, with high running efficiency, greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of metadata file generation.
