一种新型亚磷酰胺配体的合成及其在费托烯烃氢甲酰反应中的应用
本文合成并表征了一种新型亚磷酰胺配体L,并用于构建基于Rh(CO)?(acac)的均相催化体系,系统研究了其在费托烯烃氢甲酰化反应中的催化性能。通过调控配体与铑的摩尔比、反应温度及合成气压力等关键反应参数,确定了最佳反应条件(P/Rh = 20,温度为60 ℃,压力为2.0 MPa)。在该条件下,该催化体系对多种底物如FT-C6、FT-C7、FT-C8及双环戊二烯均表现出极高的转化率和成醛选择性,展现出良好的底物普适性。研究结果表明,该配体在促进铑催化活性物种生成方面具有显著作用,为开发高效均相氢甲酰化催化体系及膦配体设计提供了新的思路。
novel phosphinamide ligand (L) was synthesized and structurally characterized, and subsequently employed in the construction of a homogeneous Rh-based catalytic system for the hydroformylation of Fischer-Tropsch olefins. By systematically optimizing reaction parameters such as ligand-to-rhodium molar ratio, reaction temperature, and syngas pressure, the optimal conditions (P/Rh = 20, 60 C, 2.0 MPa) were determined. Under these conditions, the catalyst system exhibited excellent conversion rates and aldehyde selectivity across a range of substrates including FT-C6, FT-C7, FT-C8, and dicyclopentadiene, demonstrating good substrate compatibility. The study confirms that ligand L effectively promotes the formation of catalytically active Rh species, offering valuable insights for the development of efficient homogeneous hydroformylation systems and the design of phosphine ligands.
