教育戌边战略中高校图书馆资源赋能跨境民族的教育效应一一基于115份国门学校师生征文数据的扎根理论分析
New cultural governance paradigms are urgently required for the implementation of the education garrisoning border strategy in the dual context of globalization and border governance. As crucial hubs for the dissemination of knowledge and culture, a unique role is held by university libraries in enhancing the quality of cross-border ethnic education through the integration of resources and service innovation. In this study, the three-level coding method of grounded theory is employed to make a systematical analysis of 115 essays from teachers and students of frontier schools, and the empowering mechanism of university library resources within the education garrisoning border strategy is explored. By constructing a "resource-scenario-effect" three-dimensional empowerment model, an influence model is established for library resources empowering cross-border ethnic education, thereby providing theoretical references for frontier schools to better leverage the role of libraries in ethnic unity education.
