基于一般配合力的杂交种全基因组选择方法研究
在作物育种领域,准确预测杂交 F1代的表型对于培育优良品种、提高育种效率至关重要。如何突破现有困境,提高低遗传力性状的预测准确性,为作物杂交种预测提供更有力的技术支撑,是目前全基因组选择方法研发的重点。本研究以包含925个杂交种的水稻群体和6210个杂交种的玉米群体两套杂交种群体为研究对象,利用8种预测方法,创造性地将一般配合力(GCA)、遗传距离(GD)和亲本表型值(P)作为固定效应加入预测模型,评估了亲本GCA加入杂交种预测模型的可行性。结果表明,相对于SNP模型,SNP+GCA模型可以显著提高杂交种性状的预测准确性;不同方法对不同杂交种性状的预测准确性不同,但是所有方法在加入GCA信息后预测准确性和稳定性都有显著提升。该新方法的研发提高了杂交种预测效率,降低了时间与资源成本,为作物杂交种选育带来了新的思路与工具,加速了杂交种育种进程。
In the field of crop breeding, accurately predicting the phenotypes of the F1 generation of hybrids is crucial for cultivating superior varieties and enhancing breeding efficiency. How to break through the existing predicament and improve the prediction accuracy of low-heritability traits to provide more powerful technical support for the prediction of crop hybrids is currently the focus of the research and development of genome-wide selection methods. This study took two sets of hybrid populations, including a rice population with 925 hybrids and a maize population with 6210 hybrids, as the research objects. By using eight prediction methods, the general combining ability (GCA), genetic distance (GD), and parental phenotypic values (P) were creatively added as fixed effects to the prediction model to evaluate the feasibility of incorporating parental GCA into the hybrid prediction model. The results showed that compared with the SNP model, the SNP+GCA model could significantly improve the prediction accuracy of hybrid traits; different methods had different prediction accuracies for different hybrid traits, but all methods had significant improvements in prediction accuracy and stability after incorporating GCA information. The development of this new method has improved the prediction efficiency of hybrids, reduced time and resource costs, brought new ideas and tools for the selection and breeding of crop hybrids, and accelerated the breeding process of hybrids.
