少数民族学生心理健康状况及相关影响因素分析

英文摘要

Objective] To investigate the mental health and related influencing factors of minority students in vocational colleges in Yunnan Province, and provide a basis for the mental health education of these students.[Methods] This study evaluated and compared the mental health status of 376 minority students and 552 Han students in three higher vocational colleges using a self-designed questionnaire and the Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90).[Results] The overall positive detection rate of psychological issues among minority students was higher than that of Han students, with no significant differences in the scores of various factors of SCL -90. Minority students had higher scores in the factors of obsessive-compulsive and phobic anxiety compared to the norm of Chinese adults. Professional satisfaction, recent distress, changes in diet, changes in sleep, parenting style, experience of being bullied at school, and irritability are seven important factors affecting the mental health of minority students, with parenting style being the most significant. [Conclusion] The mental health of minority students in vocational colleges in Yunnan Province is worse than that of Han students. This study explores the unique characteristics of the psychological crisis of minority students and provides a basis for early warning and intervention of psychological crises among minority students in higher education institutions.
