Z31镁合金在不同环境中的摩擦特性研究

Z31镁合金因有轻量化特性,在航空航天、汽车工业以及新能源等诸多领域应用潜力巨大,但其耐磨和耐腐蚀性能差,限制了其在潮湿摩擦环境中的应用。本文对AZ31镁合金在干摩擦以及纯水和0.5%NaCl溶液中的摩擦与腐蚀的交互作用展开了研究,利用往复摩擦试验仪器测定了不同频率下的摩擦系数,同时结合表面形貌以及电化学手段,探讨了磨损机制与磨蚀协同效应。研究表明:在低频1Hz低载荷1N磨蚀状态下,在0.5%NaCl溶液中摩擦促进了丝状腐蚀向基体内部生长;镁合金在腐蚀磨损过程中出现的磨损增量,占交互作用的比例超过了85%。

Z31 magnesium alloy exhibits significant application potential in numerous fields such as aerospace,automobile,and new energy due to its lightweight characteristics.However,their applications are restricted in humid friction environments due to its poor wear resistance and low corrosion properties.This paper investigates the synergistic between friction and corrosion of AZ31 magnesium alloy in dry friction,pure water,and 0.5% NaCl solution.A reciprocating friction tester was employed to measure the friction coefficients under different frequencies.Combined with surface morphology analysis and electrochemical testing,the wear mechanism and the synergistic effect of corrosion was explored.Results demonstrate that under the wear-corrosion condition of low frequency(1HZ) and low load(1N),the friction in 0.5% NaCl solution promotes the growth of filamentous corrosion into the matrix;the wear increment in the process of corrosion and wear accounts for more than 85% of the interaction.
