生态低碳型工业园区高品质水系格局营造方法研究

在生态文明建设的目标背景下,工业区水系格局优化对于城市可持续发展具有重要意义。本研究以上海市莘庄工业区水系整治工程为实证案例,立足于"安全-生态-低碳-景观"一体化理念,提出了四维协同的工业园区高品质水系格局营造策略:(1)防洪安全维度,通过河道拓宽、疏浚、护岸建设保障工业区防洪除涝安全;(2)生态修复维度,建设生态护岸及利用多种水质净化措施对工业区水系进行生态修复,同时依托控制口门工程构建水动力循环系统增强工业区水动力;(3)低碳实践维度,采用节能型泵闸设备,对可再生能源进行利用实现低碳设计;(4)景观营造维度,建设滨水景观带及生态栖息地,展现工业文化与生态景观融合的特色风貌。实践表明,该策略实现了防洪能力、生态效益、低碳目标和景观价值的协同优化,为新时代工业区高品质水系格局营造探索了新范式。

Under the goal of ecological civilization construction, optimizing the water system layout in industrial zones holds significant importance for urban sustainable development. Taking the water system remediation project of Xinzhuang Industrial Park in Shanghai as a case study, this research, based on the integrated concept of "safety-ecology-low carbon-landscape," proposes a four-dimensional collaborative strategy for creating high-quality water system layouts in industrial parks:(1) Flood Control Safety Dimension: Ensuring flood prevention and drainage safety through river widening, dredging, and embankment construction.(2) Ecological Restoration Dimension: Conducting ecological remediation of the water system by building eco-friendly embankments and adopting various water purification measures, while enhancing hydrodynamic conditions through controlled gate projects to establish a dynamic water circulation system.(3) Low-Carbon Practice Dimension: Utilizing energy-efficient pump-gate equipment and renewable energy to achieve low-carbon design.(4) Landscape Enhancement Dimension: Developing waterfront landscape belts and ecological habitats to showcase a distinctive integration of industrial culture and ecological scenery.The practice demonstrates that this strategy achieves synergistic optimization of flood control capacity, ecological benefits, low-carbon goals, and landscape value, exploring a new paradigm for creating high-quality water system layouts in industrial zones in the new era.
