类器官在眼科研究中的应用

眼科类器官技术作为组织工程与疾病模型研究的重要手段,近年来在角膜、晶状体和视网膜等多种眼部组织中取得了显著进展。通过多种三维诱导方法,构建出的类器官不仅具备组织特异性的结构与功能,还能够模拟眼部发育过程并反映相应的病理变化。目前,研究重点集中在提升诱导效率、增强结构复杂性及提高与真实组织的生物相似性。眼科类器官为探索眼部组织发育机制、构建眼病模型及进行药物筛选与疗效评估提供了更具生理相关性的实验平台,有力推动了眼科学基础研究和转化应用的发展。

Ophthalmic organoid technology, as an important tool for tissue engineering and disease modeling, has made remarkable progress in recent years in various ocular tissues such as the cornea, lens, and retina. Through a variety of three-dimensional induction methods, the resulting organoids not only possess tissue-specific structures and functions but also recapitulate eye development processes and reflect corresponding pathological changes. Current research focuses on improving induction efficiency, enhancing structural complexity, and increasing biological similarity to native tissues. Ophthalmic organoids provide a physiologically relevant experimental platform for investigating ocular tissue development mechanisms, constructing disease models, and conducting drug screening and efficacy evaluations, thereby significantly advancing both basic and translational research in ophthalmology.
