基于网络药理学探究泻白糖浆治疗咳嗽的多靶点作用机制及药效物质基础
摘要:目的:基于中药质量标志物(quality marker, Q-Marker)"五原则",通过网络药理学分析和预测泻白糖浆质量标志物。方法:以质谱、液相色谱图数据和入血成分相关文献中有效成分作为Q-Marker候选物进行网络药理学分析,构建"活性成分-疾病-靶点"预测泻白糖浆潜在的Q-Marker。结果:甘草素、榄香素、肉豆蔻醚等成分作用于AKT1、IL6、TNF等靶点,通过调节癌症信号通路、神经活性配体-受体相互作用、PI3K-Akt信号通路等重要通路发挥治疗咳嗽的作用。结论:甘草素、榄香素、肉豆蔻醚等成分可作为质量标志物,为其质量控制提供新思路。
Objective: Based on the "five principles" of quality marker(Q-marker), the quality markers of Xiebai syrup were analyzed and predicted by network pharmacology. Methods: Based on the data of mass spectrometry, liquid chromatography and the active ingredients in the literature related to the blood components, the network pharmacology analysis was carried out as a Q-Marker candidate, and the " active ingredient-disease-target " was constructed to predict the potential Q-Marker of Xiebai syrup. Results: Liquiritigenin, Elemicin, Myristicin and other components act on AKT1, IL6, TNF and other targets, and play a role in the treatment of cough by regulating important pathways such as Pathways in cancer, Neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction, and PI3K-Akt signaling pathway. Conclusion: Liquiritigenin, Elemicin, Myristicin and other components can be used as quality markers to provide new ideas for its quality control.
