精油包合物的制备与应用研究进展
精油是一种具有抗菌、抗氧化和驱虫等能力的天然活性物质,被广泛应用于食品保鲜和农业病害防控等多个领域。然而,精油具有高挥发性、低水溶性和化学不稳定性等局限,这制约了其应用。精油包合是一种将精油分子嵌入β-环糊精、脂质体等载体中的技术,可以有效提高精油稳定性和溶解度,进而增强其应用效果。本文全面回顾了精油包合物的研究动态,探讨了包合壁材选取及应用场景,着重探究了以环糊精为壁材的包合物制备工艺及多领域应用的最新进展,并提出了推动该技术未来发展的新视角和策略。
Essential oils, as bioactive compounds derived from natural sources, possess antimicrobial, antioxidant, and insect-repellent properties, making them widely applicable in food preservation and agricultural disease control. However, their high volatility, poor water solubility, and chemical instability significantly limit their practical efficacy. Essential oil encapsulation technology, which involves embedding essential oil molecules into carrier materials such as β-cyclodextrin and liposomes, has emerged as a critical solution to enhance stability, improve solubility, and optimize functional performance. The current review comprehensively summarized the progress of essential oil encapsulation systems. We focused on material selection criteria, and particularly highlighted the preparation techniques of cyclodextrin-based encapsulation systems and their cutting-edge applications across multiple domains.
