o investigate the role of Sigma-1 receptor in the occurrence and development of glioblastoma and its possible mechanism, and to explore new targets for the of glioblastoma. Methods: Molecular biology techniques were used to detect the role of Sigma-1 receptor in glioblastoma and its specific mechanism. Results: Sigma1 receptor could interact with glutamine synthetase, and regulate the enzyme activity of glutamine synthetase, thereby affecting the proliferation of glioblastoma, and the mechanism of Sigma-1 receptor in the occurrence and development of glioblastoma. ?????
