裂爆玉米精准鉴评数学模型构建与育种应用
爆裂玉米种质资源膨爆特性的精准鉴评是爆裂玉米遗传改良和选育新品种的基础。本研究采用35份爆裂玉米自交系进行了32个爆裂相关性状测定,采用相关性分析、主成分分析、聚类分析、逐步判别分析和回归分析等方法,综合评价爆裂玉米自交系的膨爆特性。研究数据显示,各性状指标间的关联性存在显著差异性。具体而言,爆花率的升高与膨爆倍数的增加表现出极显著的正向关联性;而胚尖粒数的增多则与膨化倍率的提升呈现显著的负向相互作用,与胚含量、粒宽、粒长、粉质胚乳含量、角质胚乳含量、千粒重、百粒重、水分含量等呈极显著正相关。分析结果显示,通过主成分分析法可将23个与膨爆特性相关的性状归纳为7个主要成分,这些主成分累计贡献率达到82.039%,能够较好地反映原始数据的整体信息特征。综合数据分析筛选到粒宽、淀粉含量、角质胚乳含量、容重4个鉴定指标,建立了一套爆裂玉米膨爆特性评价模型,并筛选到到8份爆裂特性优异的自交系: XF279、XF278、XF277、XF298、XF296、XF261、XF142、XF218。
Precise evaluation of expansion and popping characteristics in popcorn germplasm resources is crucial for genetic improvement and new variety breeding. This study analyzed 32 popping-related parameters to investigate the popping traits of 35 popcorn inbred linesEvaluation of expansive characteristics and identification index screening of burst maize germplasm resources, applying correlation, principal component, cluster, stepwise discriminant, and regression analyses for comprehensive evaluation. Research data show significant differences in correlations among various trait indicators: higher popping rate positively correlates significantly with expansion volume; more embryo-tip kernels negatively interact significantly with expansion ratio but positively correlate highly significantly with embryo content, kernel width, kernel length, floury and vitreous endosperm contents, thousand-kernel weight, hundred-kernel weight, and moisture content. Principal component analysis effectively condenses 23 expansion-related traits into seven principal components explaining 82.039% of total variance, well representing the original dataset\'s information. Comprehensive analysis identifies kernel width, starch content, vitreous endosperm content, and bulk density as four key evaluation indices, based on which a popping characteristics evaluation model for popcorn is established. Eight superior inbred lines-XF279, XF278, XF277, XF298, XF296, XF261, XF142, and XF218-are selected.
