基于PMDS/TiO2/润滑脂的接触分离式TENG自供电振动传感器
摩擦纳米发电机(TENG)作为一种新兴的能量收集和传感技术,在各种振动检测领域具备广阔的应用前景。本文首先综述了TENG 的研究背景、工作机制、常用材料及其在振动检测中的研究进展;随后介绍了TENG输出性能的常见提升策略,包括介电层纳米颗粒掺杂、表面处理增大摩擦接触面积、引入电气捕获层等。在此基础上,本文提出了一种基于 PDMS/TiO2/润滑脂材料构建独立的接触分离式TENG自供电振动传感器,进一步提升其输出;系统探讨了其理论基础、结构设计及系统集成(包括TENG能量收集模块、集成电源管理芯片、低功耗无线通信模块与接收终端及其它关键环节),并对其在汽车发动机状态监测等领域的实际应用进行了设计。本研究为基于特定材料体系和结构形式的TENG 自供电振动传感器的优化与工程应用提供了理论依据和技术支持。
riboelectric nano-generator (TENG) is an emerging energy harvesting and sensing technology with broad application prospects in various vibration detection fields. This article first reviews the research background, working mechanism, common materials, and research progress of TENG in vibration detection; it then introduces common strategies to enhance TENG output performance, including doping dielectric layer with nanoparticles, surface treatment to increase friction contact area, and introducing electrical capture layers. On this basis, this paper proposes an independent contact separation TENG self-powered vibration sensor constructed with PDMS/TiO2/grease materials to further enhance its output; it systematically discusses its theoretical basis, structural design, and system integration (including TENG energy harvesting module, integrated power management chip, low-power wireless communication module, receiving terminal, and other key components), and designs its practical applications in fields such as automotive engine condition monitoring. This research provides theoretical basis and technical support for the optimization and engineering application of self-powered vibration sensors based on specific material systems and structural forms.
