基于共集放大电路的系统设计与性能研究
针对传感器信号采集场景中高输入阻抗与低输出阻抗匹配需求,本文设计了一种基于基本共集放大电路(射极跟随器)的信号放大系统。通过分压式偏置网络实现静态工作点稳定,结合共集电路高输入阻抗、低输出阻抗及电压跟随特性,解决了传感器与后级电路的阻抗匹配问题。理论分析与 Multisim 仿真表明,该电路输入阻抗达120kΩ,输出阻抗降至80Ω,电压增益0.98±0.02,在10Hz-100kHz 频段内失真度 THD<0.5%,有效提升了弱信号采集的稳定性与带载能力,适用于高精度传感器信号缓冲与放大。
In order to meet the requirements of high input impedance and low output impedance matching in sensor signal acquisition scenarios, a signal amplification system based on basic co-set amplification circuit (emitter follower) is designed in this paper. The static operating point stability is realized through the voltage-dividing bias network, and the impedance matching problem between the sensor and the post-stage circuit is solved by combining the high input impedance, low output impedance and voltage following characteristics of the common collection circuit. Theoretical analysis and Multisim simulation show that the input impedance of the circuit is 120kΩ, the output impedance is reduced to 80Ω, the voltage gain is 0.98±0.02, and the distortion THD is <0.5% in the frequency band of 10Hz-100kHz, which effectively improves the stability and load capacity of weak signal acquisition, and is suitable for signal buffering and amplification of high-precision sensors.
