碳交易政策对高耗能企业绿色创新影响研究
随着全球气候变暖趋势加剧,碳交易政策作为应对气候变化的关键市场化工具,在我国"双碳"目标推进中起到重要作用。高耗能企业作为主要碳排放主体,其绿色创新能力成为政策效果的关键评价指标。目前,相关研究已关注到碳交易政策在宏观经济调控、产业结构改善等宏观层面的整体效果,以及企业成本变化对企业绩效的影响。本研究通过梳理相关文献,结合碳交易政策与高耗能企业绿色创新的理论基础,旨在为后续深入研究提供全面的背景与理论支撑,助力相关政策的完善与企业可持续发展。为探究碳交易政策对高耗能企业绿色创新的影响,本研究运用理论分析与实证检验相结合的方法。选取271家高耗能企业2000-2023年的相关数据,采用双重差分模型进行分析。结果表明,碳交易政策显著促进高耗能企业绿色创新,企业绿色专利申请数量明显增加;企业规模、资产负债率等因素对政策效果产生调节作用,大型企业受益更为显著;区域差异方面,重点进出口省市的企业受碳交易政策影响更大。
With the intensification of global warming trends, carbon trading policies, as a key market-based tool for addressing climate change, play a significant role in advancing China\'s "dual carbon" goals. Energy-intensive enterprises, being the primary emitters of carbon, have their green innovation capabilities serving as crucial evaluation metrics for policy effectiveness. Current research has focused on the macroeconomic regulatory and industrial restructuring impacts of carbon trading policies at the macro level, as well as the influence of cost changes on corporate performance. By reviewing relevant literature and integrating the theoretical foundations of carbon trading policies and green innovation in energy-intensive enterprises, this study aims to provide a comprehensive background and theoretical support for further in-depth research, thereby contributing to policy refinement and corporate sustainable development.To investigate the impact of carbon trading policies on green innovation in energy-intensive enterprises, this study employs a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical testing. Data from 271 energy-intensive enterprises spanning 2000-2023 were selected for analysis using a difference-in-differences model. The results indicate that carbon trading policies significantly promote green innovation in these enterprises, with a notable increase in green patent applications. Factors such as firm size and asset-liability ratios moderate the policy effects, with larger enterprises benefiting more substantially. Regional disparities also play a role, as enterprises in key import-export provinces and municipalities are more significantly influenced by carbon trading policies.
