迈湾弧门液压启闭机电控系统设计
在水电水利枢纽工程中,弧形闸门液压启闭机应用越来越广泛,本文首先分析了弧形闸门液压启闭机电控系统的组成,着重介绍了液压启闭机电控系统的设计与选型,其次分析触摸屏画面和如何通过PLC及其模块时时采集设备的状态,并将采集的数据传输到上位机中,后又介绍了液压系统原理和电气联动控制,最后介绍了液压启闭机控制系统的调试,并介绍了双缸运行过程中的纠偏问题。
In hydropower and water conservancy hub projects, the application of arc-shaped gate hydraulic hoists is becoming increasingly widespread. This paper first analyzes the composition of the electromechanical control system of the arc-shaped gate hydraulic hoist, with emphasis on introducing the design and selection of the electromechanical control system of the hydraulic hoist. Secondly, it analyzes the touch screen screen and how to collect the status of the equipment in real time through PLC and its modules, and transmit the collected data to the upper computer. Then the principle of the hydraulic system and the electrical linkage control were introduced. Finally, the debugging of the control system of the hydraulic hoist was introduced, and the deviation correction problem during the operation of the double-cylinder was also presented.
