驱替实验压力信号采集与放大电路设计
本文针对石油驱替实验中微弱压强变化信号采集的技术难题,提出了一种基于扩散硅压力传感器和高精度运算放大器的小信号放大电路设计方案。通过采用恒流源供电技术和由TLC2652与OP2177构成的三运放仪表放大器结构,实现了对微伏级压力信号的高精度放大与噪声抑制。实验表明,该电路可以实现将微伏级信号放大到毫伏级,输出电压范围适配后续数字化处理需求。本设计为低渗透储层开采中的微压差监测提供了有效的解决方案,对提升石油驱替实验数据的准确性和可靠性具有重要意义。
In this paper, the design of the acquisition and amplification circuit for weak pressure change signals in the petroleum displacement experiment aims at the technical difficulties in the acquisition of weak pressure change signals in the petroleum displacement experiment. A design scheme of a small-signal amplification circuit based on diffused silicon pressure sensors and high-precision operational amplifiers is proposed. By adopting the constant current source power supply technology and the three-operational amplifier instrument amplifier structure composed of TLC2652 and OP2177, the high-precision amplification and noise suppression of microvolt-level pressure signals have been achieved. Experiments show that this circuit can amplify the microvolt level signal to the millivolt level, and the output voltage range is adapted to the subsequent digital processing requirements. This design provides an effective solution for micro-pressure difference monitoring in the exploitation of low-permeability reservoirs, which is of great significance for improving the accuracy and reliability of oil displacement experimental data.
