氯化钠和氯化钙结晶毛细管蒸发
为了揭示盐分在多孔介质内的蒸发结晶机制,采用微流道可视化实验方法,对氯化钠(NaCl)和氯化钙(CaCl2)2种溶液在单通道和多孔网络2种多孔结构内蒸发结晶过程进行研究。实验发现:NaCl溶液成核以多孔晶体和非多孔晶体2种形式,在蒸发过程中角液膜起到盐分输运加强蒸发的作用。CaCl2溶液相较于NaCl溶液蒸发速度更慢,溶液在常温下不会完全蒸发完,最终以结晶水合物的形式存在,蒸发气液界面处会被结晶物堵住从而蒸发停止,并且在蒸发结晶过程中观察到溶液内部产生大量气泡。
o reveal the underlying mechanism of evaporation crystallization of salt in porous media,the evaporation crystallization processes of sodium chloride and calcium chloride solutions was investigated, respectively using microfluidic visualization experimental methods within both single- and multi-channel porous structures. It was found that the form of the nucleation in sodium chloride solution includes both porous and non-porous crystals, and the angular liquid membrane plays the role of salt transport to enhance the evaporation. Compared to sodium chloride solution, calcium chloride solution exhibits a slower evaporation rate. The solution will not evaporate completely at room temperature, and eventually exists in the form of crystalline hydrate, the evaporation gas-liquid interface will be blocked by crystals, which leads to the stop of the evaporation. Moreover, a large number of bubbles can be observed inside the solution in the drying process.
