基于施耐德PLC的二进制转格雷码
在浙江安吉天荒坪抽水蓄能水电站尾闸电控系统安装调试过程中,由于现场中控上位机只能接收格雷码形式信号,但是在元器件选型中选择的编码器输出为SSI输出信号,因此需要通过程序将二进制的信号转为格雷码形式的信号。本文主要描述如何通过施耐德系列PLC将二进制信号转换成格雷码信号,如何在施耐德编程软件中将数据转换集成为DFB模块,同时简单地分析具体的数据转换过程,给予类似工程一些参考数据,并且对电控系统的选型配置进行简单地介绍。

This article mainly describes how to convert binary signals into Gray code signals through Schneider series PLCS, how to integrate data conversion into a DFB module in Schneider programming software, and at the same time, briefly analyzes the specific data conversion process, provides some reference data for similar projects, and gives a brief introduction to the selection and configuration of the electrical control system.
