镀铬工艺对镀层硬度影响研究
铬镀层主要利用结晶过程中形成的较高显微硬度,用于改善工件表面的耐磨性能。本文通过对铬层高硬度形成机理进行分析和试验验证,摸索中等浓度镀铬溶液及其工艺对镀层硬度影响的主要因素。试验得出影响镀层硬度的主要因素为镀液温度,控制镀液温度处于40-60℃时,镀层显微硬度大于HV750,满足技术条件要求,阴、阳极间距离不影响镀层显微硬度。
hromium plating mainly uses the higher microhardness formed in the crystallization process to improve the abrasion resistance of the surface of the work. In this paper, the mechanism of the formation of high hardness of chromium layer is analyzed and tested to explore the main factors of medium concentration chromium plating solution and its affecting the hardness of the plating. The test results show that the main factor affecting the hardness of the plating is the temperature of the plating solution, and the microhard of the plating is greater than HV750 when the temperature of the plating solution is between 40-60 ℃, which meets the technical conditions. distance between the cathode and the anode does not affect the microhardness of the plating.
