碱熔-水热法制备煤矸石基4A分子筛

煤矸石富含二氧化硅(52.3 wt%)和氧化铝(34.7 wt%),其硅铝摩尔比与4A分子筛的理想组成高度匹配。本研究通过低温氧化(400℃, 2 h)与盐酸酸浸(6 mol/L, 80℃)协同预处理工艺,将氧化铁含量从7.8 wt%降至1.1 wt%,显著降低了杂质干扰。采用碱熔-水热法在优化条件750℃煅烧2h,60℃陈化2h,95℃晶化6h下成功合成了高结晶度4A分子筛。制备获得的样品结晶度高,呈现立方体形貌,是良好的重金属吸附剂。该研究为煤矸石资源化利用及含铜废水治理提供了高效吸附材料与技术参考。

oal gangue is rich in SiO? (52.3 wt%) and Al?O? (34.7 wt%), and its silicon-aluminum molar ratio is highly consistent with the ideal composition of 4A molecular sieve. In this study, through the collaborative pretreatment process of low-temperature oxidation (400℃, 2 h) and hydrochloric acid leaching (6 mol/L, 80℃), the content of Fe?O? was reduced from 7.8 wt% to 1.1 wt%, significantly reducing the interference of impurities. High-crystallinity 4A molecular sieve was successfully synthesized by alkali fusion-hydrothermal method under the optimized conditions of calcination at 750℃ for 2 h, aging at 60℃ for 2 h, and crystallization at 95℃ for 6 h. The prepared sample has high crystallinity, presents a cubic morphology, and is a good heavy metal adsorbent. This study provides efficient adsorbent materials and technical references for the resource utilization of coal gangue and the treatment of copper-containing wastewater.
