非均质底水油藏堵水体系运移特征与封堵性能

为了促进化学堵水技术在海上油田的大规模应用,通过开展多测点三维非均质物理模拟实验,研究了非均质油藏在底水能量开发过程中堵水体系的运移特征与堵水效果。结果表明:堵水体系能够优先进入中、高渗区,使所在区域的压力等势线分布密集,增大驱替压差,达到封堵窜流通道的目的;非均质性越强,注入堵水体系并二次水驱后,模型的驱替压差和采出程度的增幅越大,高渗透率级差下二次水驱到含水率95%时,凝胶体系的驱替压差比低渗透率级差增加了0.3 MPa,颗粒体系增加了0.6 MPa;高渗透率级差下,凝胶体系采出程度的增幅提高了2.8%,颗粒体系采出程度的增幅提高了3.4%。可见凝胶体系与颗粒体系均具有良好的选择注入性,可以运移至中、高渗区,封堵窜流通道,使底水转向低渗区,从而达到增大波及面积、提高采收率的效果。

In order to promote the widespread implementation of chemical water plugging technology in offshore fields, a three-dimensional (3D) heterogeneous physical simulation experiment with multiple measurement points was used to investigate the migration characteristics and water plugging effectiveness of the water plugging system during the bottom water energy development process in heterogeneous oil reservoirs. The results show that the water plugging system can selectively enter the medium and high permeability areas, causing a dense distribution of pressure equipotential lines and an increased displacement pressure difference, thereby achieving channel blocking. Furthermore, the degree of heterogeneity correlates positively with the enhancement of displacement pressure difference and model recovery percentage following the injection of the water plugging system and secondary water flooding. When the secondary water flooding reaches 95% water cut under high permeability contrast, the displacement pressure of the gel system increases by 0.4 MPa compared with low permeability contrast, and the particle system increases by 0.7 MPa; The produced degree of the gel system increases by 2.8%, and that of particle system increases by 3.4%. It is concluded that both gel and particle systems have good selective injectivity, which can migrate to medium and high permeability areas, block breakthrough channels, and convert bottom water into low permeability areas, thereby expanding the swept area and enhancing oil recovery.
