摘要

本研究系统梳理并深度解析高校图书馆创新发展中的十个关系,旨在为“十五五”期间高校图书馆战略规划编制与创新发展提供理论依据与实践参考。通过全面把握国家教育发展战略、现代信息技术应用和新时代我国图书馆建设最新理论与实践成果,聚焦高校图书馆发展中存在的当下与战略、资源与服务、到馆与嵌入、馆员与用户、图书馆与学校、技术与人文、职业与事业、研究与业务、单馆与合作、馆长与团队十个关系展开系统性讨论和分析,进而明晰高校图书馆创新发展方向和路径。高校图书馆在“十五五”以及未来的发展中应坚持守正创新,以服务创新为根本,统筹兼顾资源建设、用户服务、技术运用、馆员培养、学术研究等各方面工作,实现高校图书馆的高质量创新发展。

Abstract

Summarize ten relationships in the innovative development of university libraries, providing reference for the strategic planning and innovative development of university libraries during the 15th Five Year Plan period. Based on a comprehensive understanding of the national education development strategy, the application of modern information technology, and the latest theoretical and practical achievements in the construction of libraries in China in the new era, this paper discusses and analyzes the current and strategic, resource and service, access and embedding, librarians and users, libraries and schools, technology and humanities, professions and careers, research and business, single library and cooperation, and director and team relationships in the development of university libraries, in order to grasp the direction and path of innovative development of university libraries. University libraries should adhere to integrity and innovation in the "15th Five Year Plan" and future development, take service innovation as the foundation, and comprehensively consider various aspects such as resource construction, user service, technology application, librarian training, academic research, etc., to achieve high-quality innovative development of university libraries.
