悬挑花架梁吊篮化学锚栓安装技术与工程实践
针对建筑行业悬挑花架梁施工中采用传统吊篮安装困难、占用成本资源较多、施工效率低的问题,开展M12/M16 化学锚栓在悬挑花架梁吊篮快速安装中的可行性研究并加以应用。通过阐述化学锚栓锚固原理、设计要点及安装流程,提出取消吊篮后配重,通过钢丝绳、花篮螺栓与花架梁侧M16化学锚板拉结实现快速安装工艺。通过项目实际应用验证其施工效率、安全性能。经过效果检查,采用化学锚栓快速安装技术吊篮安装效率提高 66.7%,工期大幅缩短,综合成本降低18.57%,具有显著的经济效益;单栓抗拔承载力满足设计要求,且悬挑梁结构安全可控,施工过程未产生负面影响。为同类工程提供了可靠的技术参考。
n view of the problems of difficult installation, more cost resources and low construction efficiency of traditional hanging baskets in the construction of cantilever flower frame beams in the construction industry, the feasibility study and application of M12/M16 chemical anchor bolts in the rapid installation of cantilever flower frame girder hanging baskets were carried out. By expounding the anchoring principle, design points and installation process of chemical anchor bolts, it is proposed to cancel the counterweight after the hanging basket, and realize the rapid installation process through the wire rope, the flower basket bolt and the M16 chemical anchor plate on the side of the flower frame beam. Through the actual application of the project, its construction efficiency and safety performance are verified. After the effect inspection, the installation efficiency of the hanging basket was increased by 66.7%, the construction period was greatly shortened, and the comprehensive cost was reduced by 18.57%, which had significant economic benefits. The uplift bearing capacity of the single bolt meets the design requirements, and the cantilever beam structure is safe and controllable, and the construction process has no negative impact. It provides a reliable technical reference for similar projects.
