浙江省社会高质量发展水平评价与时空分布特征分析

Based on a systematic review of the connotation of high-quality development, this paper proposes the concept and goal of high-quality social development, and constructs an evaluation index system based on five dimensions: common prosperity, improvement of people\'s livelihood, urban-rural integration, risk prevention and control, and ecological protection. The CRITIC-TOPSIS method is used to calculate the level of high-quality social development and the obstacle factors of 11 prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang Province from 2012 to 2021. Then, the Dagum Gini coefficient and kernel density function are used to analyze the regional differences and spatio-temporal distribution characteristics. Research has found that the overall level of high-quality social development in Zhejiang Province and the three major regions is on the rise, and the obstacles that hinder its development are mainly concentrated in the dimensions of improvement of people\'s livelihood and ecological protection; The overall gap in high-quality social development in Zhejiang Province, as well as the gap within and between regions, has gradually decreased over time, with the main source of the gap being the gap between regions; The level of high-quality social development in Zhejiang Province is steadily improving, and the differences in the level of high-quality social development in the province are gradually decreasing.
