"双积分"政策下新能源汽车供应链合作模式研究
"双积分"政策对新能源汽车供应链中成员的合作研发模式产生重要影响。以一个燃油汽车制造商、一个新能源汽车制造商和一个动力电池供应商组成的供应链为研究对象,构建了新能源汽车制造商与动力电池供应商的研发成本分摊和战略联盟两种合作模式,研究了供应链的合作模式选择问题。研究结果表明:①动力电池供应商研发成本分摊比例的提高可以提高燃油汽车的售价和燃油汽车制造商的利润,而动力电池续航努力水平以及供应商利润随之降低。②两种合作模式下,积分交易价格和新能源汽车积分系数的增加都能有效促进新能源汽车的销量和供应链绩效。③战略联盟模式相比成本分摊模式,更有利于降低新能源汽车销售价格、提高续航努力水平以及新能源汽车供应链总利润,而燃油汽车制造商利润降低。
he "dual-credit" policy significantly influences collaborative R&D modes among members of the new energy vehicle (NEV) supply chain. This study considers a supply chain composed of a fuel vehicle manufacturer, a NEV manufacturer, and a power battery supplier, and develops two cooperation modes between the NEV manufacturer and the battery supplier: R&D cost-sharing and strategic alliance. We investigate the optimal choice of collaboration modes within the supply chain. The results show that: ①An increase in the battery supplier\'s share of R&D cost raises the selling price and profit of the fuel vehicle manufacturer, but reduces the supplier\'s profit and its effort level in battery range improvement. ② Under both cooperation modes, increases in credit trading price and the NEV credit coefficient effectively boost NEV sales and enhance overall supply chain performance. ③Compared with the cost-sharing mode, the strategic alliance mode is more effective in lowering the selling price of NEVs, improving battery range effort level, and increasing total supply chain profit, albeit at the cost of reduced profit for the fuel vehicle manufacturer.
