o summarize the nursing experience of a patient with acute fulminant myocarditis suspected of pituitary crisis. The patient presented serious symptoms of cardiovascular and suspected endocrine system disorders upon admission, and its diagnosis, treatment and nursing were relatively complicated. The main points of nursing care included circulation support and monitoring, pituitary crisis medication nursing and early identification, prevention and nursing of related complications early cardiac rehabilitation guidance. After 21 days of careful diagnosis, treatment and nursing, the patients cardiac function gradually stabilized, and the symptoms related to suspected pituitary crisis were effectively discharged from the hospital. The patient recovered well after 1 month of follow-up.
