基于 Rogers RO4350B 与 FR4 基板的微带天线性能对比研究
为探究基板材料特性对微带天线性能的影响,本文以 Rogers RO4350B与FR4为基板,设计对比实验,通过微带天线载体,从 S 参数、增益方向图及三维增益方向图等核心指标展开研究。采用 Ansys Electronics Desktop 2022 R1 - HFSS 进行仿真,针对 2.45GHz 频率下的天线性能进行分析。结果显示,两种材料天线均实现良好阻抗匹配,其中 FR4 材料天线 S11 约-30dB,Rogers RO4350B 材料天线 S11 约 - 16dB;增益方向图上,FR4 材料天线主辐射方向增益更高,Rogers RO4350B 材料天线覆盖更均匀;三维增益方向图则体现出前者定向性更强、后者宽覆盖特点。研究结果可为高频通信、雷达等领域的天线材料选型提供依据。
o investigate the influence of substrate material properties on the performance of microstrip antennas, this paper uses Rogers RO4350B and FR4 as substrates, designs a comparative experiment, and conducts research through the microstrip antenna carrier, focusing on core indicators such as S parameters, gain direction graphs, and three-dimensional gain direction graphs. The simulation is carried out using Ansys Electronics Desktop 2022 R1 - HFSS, and the antenna performance at 2.45GHz frequency is analyzed. The results show that both materials\' antennas achieve good impedance matching. Among them, the S11 of the FR4 material antenna is approximately -30dB, and that of the Rogers RO4350B material antenna is approximately -16dB. On the gain direction graph, the main radiation direction gain of the FR4 material antenna is higher, while the coverage of the Rogers RO4350B material antenna is more uniform. The three-dimensional gain direction graph shows that the former has stronger directionality and the latter has wider coverage characteristics. The research results can provide a basis for antenna material selection in fields such as high-frequency communication and radar.
