Any academic material in astronomy is filled with complex mathematical and physical formulas that high school students cannot read.
This article is a popular science paper on astronomy that I have written based on my years of research experience and teaching experience in middle school, suitable for middle school students to read. I have simplified and popularized astronomical theories, which are filled with complex mathematical and physical formulas, so that middle school students and beginners with weak foundations in mathematics and physics can also understand astronomy. I have referred to the classic astronomical works of many senior scholars in the Chinese astronomical community, which I have listed in the reference list.
The content in this article is neither too simple, only for children's entertainment, nor full of complex mathematical formulas, only suitable for college and graduate students to learn. In the book, I use plain language to explain astronomical theories, omitting mathematical formulas as much as possible. If mathematical formulas must be used, the mathematical formulas in the book do not exceed the mathematical difficulty of middle school.
Faced with a group of middle school students who do not understand astronomy and have weak foundations in mathematics and physics, it will be difficult for them to understand if the astronomy I am talking about involves too much mathematics and physics. I must change the astronomical theories described in mathematics and physics into easy to understand language. This process was very difficult, and I put in a lot of effort and tried my best to delete the complicated mathematical formulas, leaving only a small number of formulas with high school mathematics and physics difficulty.
