我国主要生物质资源丰富,生物质能利用主要集中在生物质发电、生物质供热、生物天然气及生物液体燃料等领域,存在巨大的开发潜力。生物质能碳足迹核算时,不同体系对系统边界的界定存在显著差异。针对我国生物质能碳足迹核算体系存在核算方法不统一、数据基础薄弱、标准与认证体系缺失等问题,提出通过建立分类分级核算框架、强化本土数据支撑、推动标准与政策协同、促进国际合作与创新,来构建符合中国国情的分类核算体系。

China has abundant biomass resources, and the utilization of biomass energy is mainly concentrated in the fields of biomass power generation, biomass heating, bio natural gas, and bio liquid fuels, with enormous development potential. There are significant differences in the definition of system boundaries among different systems when calculating the carbon footprint of biomass energy. In response to the problems of inconsistent accounting methods, weak data foundation, and lack of standards and certification systems in China's biomass energy carbon footprint accounting system, it is proposed to establish a classification and grading accounting framework, strengthen local data support, promote coordination between standards and policies, and promote international cooperation and innovation to construct a classification accounting system that is in line with China's national conditions.
