本研究基于变革型领导理论与社会认知理论,构建理论模型,探讨环境变革型领导对企业环境绩效的影响机制。选取湖北、四川、重庆、陕西等地企业员工为样本,通过线上线下相结合方式发放问卷,最终回收有效问卷374份。研究聚焦于员工绿色创造力与绿色行为在环境变革型领导与环境绩效之间的中介作用,并检验环境自我效能在该路径中的调节效应。研究结果表明,环境变革型领导对环境绩效具有显著正向影响,员工绿色创造力与绿色行为在其中发挥部分中介作用;同时,环境自我效能对环境变革型领导作用于员工绿色表现的路径具有积极调节效应。本研究丰富了绿色领导与员工绿色行为研究,为企业提升环境绩效、推动可持续发展提供了理论依据与实践参考。

Drawing upon transformational leadership theory and social cognitive theory, this study develops a theoretical model to examine the mechanism through which environmental transformational leadership influences corporate environmental performance. Using a sample of employees from enterprises in Hubei, Sichuan, Chongqing, and Shaanxi, questionnaires were distributed through a combination of online and offline channels, yielding 374 valid responses. The research focuses on the mediating roles of employees\' green creativity and green behavior in the relationship between environmental transformational leadership and environmental performance, and further tests the moderating effect of environmental self-efficacy in this pathway. The findings reveal that environmental transformational leadership exerts a significant positive effect on environmental performance, with employees\' green creativity and green behavior serving as partial mediators. Moreover, environmental self-efficacy positively moderates the pathway through which environmental transformational leadership enhances employees\' green performance. This study enriches the literature on green leadership and employee green behavior, offering both theoretical insights and practical implications for improving corporate environmental performance and promoting sustainable development.
