面向监管与溯源的网络设备QR码标签编制方法研究

标签技术对于网络设备的可靠管理和安全治理具有重要意义。本文针对一般类型的条码式标签所存在的技术问题,提出一种面向安全监管和责任溯源的网络设备QR码标签编制方法。该方法基于网络设备在物理空间中默认位置与权属关系生成网络设备地理空间位置语义信息;融合软件层面唯一性标识和硬件层面唯一性标识生成网络设备唯一性标识信息;并依据网络设备的安全防护等级将其划分为"标准"档位网络设备和"高"档位网络设备;据此整合网络设备的地理空间位置语义信息、唯一性标识信息和附属信息生成"标准"档位网络设备的属性信息;"高"档位网络设备则在此基础上增加网络设备所在房间的北斗三维网格编码信息;最后,以QR码为属性载体,对网络设备属性信息进行编码表示;基于安全性考量,对"高"档位网络设备的属性信息QR码进行置乱加密处理。本文提出的网络设备QR码标签编制方法适用于各类网络办公环境,能够降低监管方面认定可疑网络设备的难度,实现网络设备的默认存放位置与真实物理空间的绑定,同时提升网络设备标签的安全性,旨在支持并强化网络设备安全监管、网络信息安全事件责任溯源和网络资产管理。

Labeling technology plays a critical role in the reliable management and secure governance of network equipment. This paper addresses the technical limitations of conventional barcode-based labeling by proposing a QR code labeling method tailored for network equipment supervision and accountability traceability. The method generates geospatial semantic information based on the default physical location and ownership relationships of network equipment. It integrates software-level and hardware-level unique identifiers to establish a unified unique identification for each device. According to the security protection level, network devices are classified into "standard" and "high" tiers. For standard-tier devices, attribute information is composed of geospatial semantic data, unique identifiers, and auxiliary information. High-tier devices additionally include Beidou 3D grid codes of the room in which they are located. Finally, all attribute information is encoded into QR codes. For security considerations, the QR codes of high-tier devices undergo scrambling encryption. The proposed method is applicable to various office network environments, reduces the difficulty of identifying suspicious devices during supervision, binds the default storage location of devices to their actual physical space, and enhances label security. It aims to support and strengthen network equipment supervision, traceability of cybersecurity incidents, and network asset management.?????
