The primary duties of a university library director are overall planning and organizing the implementation. To this end, based on individual endowments, it is necessary to cultivate foundational meta-skills, information skills, cognitive abilities, logical thinking, imagination, and other capacities to develop the directors foresight, planning, coordination, and communication abilities.
