Hertzsprung-Russell diagrams (HRP) are an important physical theory in astronomy. For a long time, studying and learning HRP theory has involved extremely complex differential equations, making it difficult for astronomy beginners and ordinary high school students to understand. In this article, I simplify the complex concept of HRP, using only some formulas and concepts from high school physics to discuss HRP at the high school physics level.
