产教融合下食品加工与安全专硕培养模式研究

"食品加工与安全"专业硕士培养中存在实践能力薄弱、产教融合不足的问题,本文以内蒙古农业大学食品科学与工程学院专硕培养为例,从"双导师制"师资队伍建设、多层次实践平台搭建、深度参与企业需求课题等维度,探索"食品加工与安全"专硕人才培养模式的改革路径。通过双导师制并结合内蒙古农畜产品资源优势,学生通过深入企业,参与企业实际需求的课题研究,学生的实践能力和行业认知得到大幅提升,且在就业过程中表现出良好的适应性。该模式为地方农业院校食品专硕产教融合培养提供一定的参考。

The professional master\'s program in "Food Processing and Safety" suffers from weaknesses in practical skills and insufficient industry-education integration. This paper takes the professional master\'s program at the College of Food Science and Engineering, Inner Mongolia Agricultural University, as an example, exploring reform paths for the talent cultivation model from the dimensions of building a "dual-mentor" faculty, establishing multi-level practical platforms, and deeply participating in research projects driven by enterprise needs. Through the dual-mentor system and leveraging Inner Mongolia\'s agricultural and livestock resource advantages, students gain significant practical skills and industry awareness by engaging in research projects based on actual enterprise needs, demonstrating good adaptability in the job market. This model provides a reference for the industry-education integration cultivation of professional master\'s programs in food science and safety at local agricultural universities.
